Waiver Wired- Week 15 Fantasy Football Pickups

QUARTERBACKS

Justin Fields, Chicago vs. Minnesota: Justin Fields continues to improve as a fantasy producer and is running more and more. Minnesota has been leaking points to the quarterback position. Fields can have a performance on Monday Night Football.

Davis Mills, Houston at Jacksonville: Davis Mills played incredible on Sunday. As an encore, he has a delightful match-up against the Jaguars. It’s scary, but Mills is in the streaming category.

Tyler Huntley, Baltimore vs. Green Bay: Huntley stepped in admirably when Lamar Jackson went down with the ankle injury. If Lamar is out, Tyler Huntley is in play.

Mitch Trubisky, Buffalo vs. Carolina: Keep an eye on Josh Allen as he was in a walking boot following Sunday night’s loss to the Buccaneers. Trubisky would be a wild call in your fantasy playoffs but should be on your radar.

RUNNING BACKS

Rashaad Penny, Seattle at Los Angeles Rams: Rashaad Penny should be your primary waiver wire pick-up this week. I don’t believe Penny will do to the Rams what he just did to the Texans, but the Seahawks seem ready to commit to him.

Michael Carter, New York Jets at Miami: Look on your waiver wire to see if an impatient fantasy manager may have dropped him when he went on IR. Carter should be the focal point of the Jets offense on Sunday.

Justin Jackson, Los Angeles Chargers vs. Kansas City: If Austin Ekeler misses this weeks’ game, Justin Jackson would step in and produce RB2 numbers for your fantasy team.

D’Ernest Johnson, Cleveland vs. Las Vegas: The Browns coaching staff has already speculated that Kareem Hunt will miss this week’s game. D’Ernest Johnson would pair with Nick Chubb to form a formidable 1-2 punch for the Browns running game.

Craig Reynolds, Detroit vs. Arizona: Craig Reynolds was one of the more surprising fantasy studs from Sunday. If D’Andre Swift is indeed a candidate for IR, Reynolds could be a fantasy factor down the stretch.

WIDE RECEIVERS

DeVante Parker, Miami vs. New York Jets: We recommended picking up DeVante Parker and stashing him when the Dolphins returned from their bye week. If Parker happens to still be on your waiver wire, go and get him.

Gabriel Davis, Buffalo vs. Carolina: Emmanuel Sanders could miss this week’s game with an injury. Gabriel Davis immediately stepped in and developed chemistry with Josh Allen.

K.J. Osborn, Minnesota at Chicago: Adam Thielen missed last week’s game and I believe he is doubtful for this week as well. K.J. Osborn stepped up as the WR2 for the Vikings and delivered.

Allen Lazard, Green Bay at Baltimore: Allen Lazard was very involved in the Packers’ game plan against the Bears. Lazard was open all night long on play-action. I would look for his usage to continue.

TIGHT ENDS

Ricky Seals-Jones, Arizona at Philadelphia: The Philadelphia Eagles have been hurt by the TE position all season long. I know that RSJ and Bates shared time last week, but I would expect Seals-Jones to take on a larger role moving forward.

Brevin Jordan, Houston at Jacksonville: Brevin Jordan will go as Davis Mills goes. If Mills is providing competent quarterback play, Brevin Jordan will be in play for a streaming tight end.
