Week 7 of the NFL season is upon us and with it the DraftKings Millionaire contest. This $20 slate has a prize pool of $3.5 million, with a cool million going to the winner. And, as always, you can expect the winning lineup to have some form of a stack. Let’s take a look at the best stacking options on the slate:
Miami Dolphins vs. Atlanta Falcons: QB Tua Tagovialoa ($5,500), WR Jalen Waddle ($5,600), TE Mike Gesicki ($4,700), QB Matt Ryan ($5,700), WR Calvin Ridley ($6,600), TE Kyle Pitts ($5,900):
There is so much to love in this game featuring two of the most passive defenses in the league. Add in the fact that these teams have played in London each of the past two weeks (plus an Atlanta bye) and you have players who have excelled recently and no one has seen them or remembers they exist. It’s a perfect storm for a full game stack in either direction. The fact that outside of Ridley and Pitts, all the best pieces are salary-friendly is the chef’s kiss.
Los Angeles Rams vs. Detroit Lions: QB Matthew Stafford ($7,100): WR Cooper Kupp ($8,400), WR Robert Woods ($6,400), bring-backs: RB D’Andre Swift ($6,000), TE TJ Hockenson ($5,100):
Holy Narrative Street, Batman! The two quarterbacks dealt for each other in a pre-Super Bowl blockbuster face-off in Los Angeles. Because this game is expected to blow out in the Rams’ favor, Darrell Henderson figures it to be massive chalk. That makes the passing game terrific leverage and, let’s face it if the Rams do rout the Lions, the passing game is going to be a big, big reason. Swift was a garbage-time hero last week, but those points count, too. Thing is, even when blown out by the Bengals and the Cincinnati starters pulled in the fourth quarter, Swift stayed in there and produced. It matters.
