If we are going to be stuck at home, why not make the most of it with
some booze? Not like we aren’t already day-drinking! Most of us have
enough food stock – so why not use our imagination to create some
interesting quarantine cocktail recipes?
Keyatta Mincery-Parker is a 2019 Bombay Sapphire Most Imaginative
Bartender finalist and she has some ideas to get us started with our very
own happy-hours. Here are 7 of our favorite quarantine cocktail recipes
from her:
Ambrosia Spritz
This is a twist on the spritz, adding a bittersweet flavor. To make this
cocktail, you’ll need to mix:
1.75 oz Ambrosia Aperitivo
2.5 oz Prosecco
0.25 oz soda water
And finish with an orange slice!
Blood Orange Cosmo
This recipe from Ocean Restaurant, Cape Arundel Inn & Resort, Maine
1 oz. Blood Orange Pure
1 1/2oz. Tito’s Vodka
1/2oz. Lime juice
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
Add all the ingredients in your shaker, shake, strain, and use a toasted
orange peel to garnish.
Courvoisier Avant-Garde Old Fashioned

Take 2 parts Courvoisier® Avant-Garde and mix it with
0.25 parts Simple Syrup
1 dash Angostura® Bitters and
1 dash Orange Bitters.
Don’t forget the ice and an orange swath to finish!
Cafe si Casa
One of the easiest and simplest cocktail recipes on this list, this one
⅕ oz vodka
2 oz coffee
0.50 oz simple syrup
And a pinch of salt
Shake them all and enjoy!
Classic Margarita
How can you enjoy cocktails without a margarita? Take
1.5 oz tequila
0.75 triple sec
0.50 agave nectar or 0.75 simple syrup
0.75 lime juice
Mix them well and enjoy!

2 oz Ragtime Rye Bottled in Bond
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz Fernet
Dash Angostura Bitters
Stir them all and serve with an orange twist

This cocktail recipe is the creation of Gareth Evans for Absolut Elyx. To
make Swedish Riviera, you will need:
3 parts Absolut Elyx
3 parts Prosecco
3 parts Coconut Water
1 part honey
1 part lemon
Build the ingredients on ice cubes, stir gently, and garnish with a
cinnamon stick.
