College Football Betting: Week Two Picks

128

College Football is back with the first full slate of the season. We have many winners to give you. Time to dive in!

Ohio State (-13.5) at Minnesota (O/U 65.5)

Ohio State is in the middle of its transition under center from Justin Fields to C.J. Stroud. If you were going to catch the Buckeyes napping, this would be the time. I don’t believe the Golden Gophers have enough firepower to keep up. Expect Ohio State to be a little sluggish early on, which plays into a slightly lower scoring game than Vegas implies. The Buckeyes will pull away in the second half.

PICKS: Ohio State -13.5, Under 65.5

North Carolina (-5.5) at Virginia Tech (O/U 66)

North Carolina is another team in transition, just not at the quarterback position. Sam Howell is back for the Tar Heels, but virtually everyone else from the North Carolina offense a year ago is missing. Starting the season off in Blacksburg is a tough draw. If North Carolina wins this one, they escape by the skin of their teeth in a dog fight.

PICKS: Virginia Tech +5.5, Under 66
